Unique CLABE and reference per purchaseWe generate a unique CLABE and reference for this purchase. Once your transfer arrives (usually within minutes), the CFDI is issued and the credits are added.

What is a credit?
The unit used to pay for every operation on the HAON platform. Each certificate, questionnaire, invoice or verification consumes the number of credits set for its type; the platform shows it before running the operation. 1 credit = $50.00 MXN + VAT.
When are credits added?
With a card, as soon as the bank approves the charge (seconds). With SPEI, as soon as we receive the transfer (usually minutes, up to 24 h during banking hours). You get a confirmation email.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Once payment is confirmed, a CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued automatically with the tax details you entered and the PDF + XML are emailed to you. If you leave the RFC blank, it is invoiced to the general public.
Can I request a refund?
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, write to contacto@haon.com.mx and we refund the money for any unused credits to the same payment method. Credits already used are not refunded because the service has been delivered. After 14 days there is no refund, but the credits remain valid until they reach 12 months.
Is it safe to pay here?
Your card details are captured in the browser and sent encrypted directly to Openpay by BBVA, which processes the charge with 3D Secure (your bank may ask you to confirm). HAON does not store banking information. The site uses HTTPS on every page.
Can I cancel a purchase?
An unpaid purchase (for example, an unpaid SPEI reference) is cancelled automatically when it expires. A paid purchase is handled as a refund under the 14-day rule.
