Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. Who we are
These terms govern the use of the HAON platform and its modules ("the Service"), operated by HAON S. de R.L. de C.V. ("HAON", "we"), RFC HAO260513KL5, with registered address at Av. 5 de Mayo s/n, San Pedro Totoltepec, C.P. 50226, Toluca, Estado de México, México. Contact: contacto@haon.com.mx.
2. The Service
HAON provides software modules for regulated operations (identity and certificates, compliance questionnaires, logistics compliance, invoicing, accounting, verification, webinars and custom-built modules), delivered as a service in our cloud, in the customer's cloud or on the customer's servers, as agreed in writing. HAON includes an AI assistant that reads, validates, guides and prepares documents; any legally or financially binding act is approved by a human user of the customer.
3. Accounts and organizations
The Service is contracted by organizations. The organization designates administrators who manage users, credits and data. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data it uploads and for keeping its credentials confidential.
4. Credits and pricing
The Service is billed through prepaid credits. One credit costs $50.00 MXN plus VAT unless a different price is agreed in writing. Each operation consumes the number of credits shown in the customer's platform before it is executed. Credits are purchased in packs; volume packs may carry a discount. Credits are valid for twelve (12) months from purchase, are non-transferable between organizations and are not redeemable for cash. Prices may change with thirty (30) days' notice; credits already purchased keep their value.
5. Payments and invoicing
Openpay (BBVA México) is used as the payment gateway. Credits are paid by card through Openpay (a payment processor of BBVA México) or by SPEI transfer to HAON's bank account. Card data is processed by Openpay under its own security standards; HAON never stores card numbers. A Mexican electronic invoice (CFDI 4.0) is issued automatically once payment is confirmed, using the tax data provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of its tax data.
6. Refunds and chargebacks
Credits are valid for twelve (12) months. If you change your mind within fourteen (14) days of purchase, you may request in writing a refund for the credits you have not yet used; the refund is issued to the original payment method and the invoice is cancelled or adjusted accordingly. Credits already consumed (certificates issued, questionnaires processed, invoices stamped) are not refundable, since the service has been delivered. After fourteen (14) days no cash refund applies, but the credits remain valid until their expiry. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting HAON may result in suspension of the account until the dispute is resolved.
7. Availability and support
HAON aims for continuous availability and maintains backups of customer data. Scheduled maintenance is notified in advance when feasible. Support is provided by email at contacto@haon.com.mx on business days.
8. Customer data and privacy
Data uploaded by the customer remains the customer's property. HAON processes it only to provide the Service and according to our Privacy Notice. Every module allows the customer to export its data.
9. Acceptable use
The customer agrees not to use the Service to issue false documents, to process data of third parties without the required consent, or to interfere with the platform's security. HAON may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Intellectual property
The HAON platform, its AI assistant, brand, methodology and software are HAON's property. Custom-built modules are licensed to the customer as agreed in the corresponding proposal.
11. Liability
HAON's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid by the customer for credits in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. HAON is not liable for decisions taken by the customer on the basis of documents prepared by the Service without human review.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days' written notice. On termination the customer may export its data for sixty (60) days; unused credits are handled under section 6.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Toluca, Estado de México, the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
