1. Data controller
HAON S. de R.L. de C.V. ("HAON"), RFC HAO260513KL5, Av. 5 de Mayo s/n, San Pedro Totoltepec, C.P. 50226, Toluca, Estado de México, México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations. 2. Data we collect
Website visitors: name, organization, email, role, country and the message you send through our contact form. Platform users: name, email, organization, role and activity logs. Persons processed by our customers (for example, applicants for a certificate): identification data (name, CURP or official ID number), and, when the module requires it, biometric data (facial image) and signature. Biometric data is sensitive personal data and is processed only with the express consent obtained by our customer or by HAON on its behalf.
3. Purposes
Primary: to provide the contracted modules (identity verification, issuing of certificates, invoicing, accounting, verification and training), to issue tax invoices, to provide support and to comply with legal obligations. Secondary (you may object): to send commercial communications about HAON modules.
4. Transfers and processors
To provide the Service, HAON uses processors that act on our instructions: Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure (hosting), Nubarium (identity verification against official sources), Openpay / BBVA México (card payments) and Facturapi (electronic invoicing). Data may be transferred to authorities when required by law. HAON does not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Data is kept while the contractual relationship exists and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Certificates and their verification records are kept for the validity period required by the applicable regulation, so that third parties can verify them.
6. Your rights (ARCO)
You may access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of your data, and revoke your consent, by writing to contacto@haon.com.mx with your name, a copy of an official ID and a description of your request. We answer within twenty (20) business days. If you are a person processed by one of our customers, we will also refer your request to that customer as controller.
7. Security
HAON applies administrative, technical and physical measures: encryption in transit and at rest, access control by role, audit logs on every action and regular backups.
8. Cookies
Our website uses only technical cookies required for the site to work and for language selection. No advertising trackers are used.

Updates to this notice are published on this page with the date of the last revision.
