Delete my data

You can ask us to delete your data and your conversations with HAON at any time:

• Send us the word BORRAR on WhatsApp at +52 56 5497 2428, or
• email contacto@haon.com.mx with the subject "Borrar mis datos" (delete my data) and your WhatsApp number.

We confirm within 20 business days at most, as the ARCO rights require, and delete your number, your name and your messages from our systems. What is already in your own WhatsApp you delete yourself from your phone.
