Delete my data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time:

• Send us the word BORRAR on WhatsApp at +52 56 5497 2428, or
• email contacto@haon.com.mx with the subject "Borrar mis datos" (delete my data) and your WhatsApp number.

With BORRAR, what we remember about you (the fingerprint of your number, the product we talked about and whether a person is helping you) is deleted right away; if you email us, we confirm within 20 business days at most, as the ARCO rights require. We do not store the text of your messages: the chat stays in your WhatsApp and you delete it yourself from your phone.
